I enjoy advising students in grades 9-12 and teaching French 1 and 2. My past experience includes teaching junior high school English, French I and Parent Education classes at the adult school. I received my bachelor's degree in English teaching with a French teaching minor at Brigham Young University in Provo. I also come to COIL with experience as a parent in the school system with my own five children. I have been active in PTA programs such as READ ACROSS AMERICA, FAME (Fine Arts Mini-Experience) and the PTA REFLECTIONS program in addition to helping my own children get the best education they can. I love to travel and see the world. Countries I've visited include: Nepal, Tibet, Thailand, England, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Canada and Mexico.
This is my husband and me with two of our daughters on the outskirts of Zion Canyon in southern Utah.
